Diamond microdermabrasion restricting the controlled removal of the outermost layer of skin, consisting of keratinized skin cells. Diamond-tipped applicators are used to gently exfoliate the skin. A vacuum is then used to remove the removed skin particles. The aim of the treatment is to stimulate the skin’s natural regeneration process.
