EMS Personal Training

• Your very first trial training session will last approximately 60 minutes in total.
• An anamnesis (medical history) is taken during the first training session.
• Includes hygienic sportswear / functional underwear (all sizes available in the studio)
• The EMS equipment consists of a vest and Velcro pads for the arms, legs and buttocks.
• Please bring your own sports shoes.
• Includes unlimited water.
• Duration: Each session lasts 20 minutes and is accompanied by a professional coach.

Tip: Eat a cooking meal and drink at least 0.5 liters of water 2-3 hours before training.
