Swedish massage

The massage specifically muscles, tendons, and tissues. With the client lie on their stomach, the masseur begins with long, flowing strokes to warm up. This is followed by five massage techniques – including kneading, rubbing, pressing, and pinching – performed with the hands, palms, and fingers.

Please note: Swedish massage is not suitable for pregnant women.
