Aquarelle Lips  is a permanent makeup procedure that gently enhances the lips. It involves a delicate, natural color pigmentation of the uppermost layer of the lips, making them appear visually fuller and more luscious.

In permanent makeup, a tattoo pen is   used to insert color pigments under the skin at the desired location, which, according to conventional makeup, are intended to emphasize individual facial features for a long-lasting effect.
