Generally, practice units are driven to the sports boat guide tickets with at least two and with at most four students. The duration of the practical units varies depending on the number of participants on board.

The following teaching materials are recommended and available on site at market prices: books (either inland, lake or combination), questionnaires (internal set, sea set or both). Own material can be used if the current edition is available from 1.5.2012. For sea training: maps, the naval circle, the docking and the course triangle. SRC: SRC Lightweight, obligatory work in the radio course, at a reduced student price of €16.50.

Warning: The test trip is not included in these units, it is calculated with 65 € per person, plus examination fees of the Audit Committee.
