Sauna area (4 different saunas):
- Sauna infusion: At approximately 90 °C, regular infusions are performed, which increase the humidity and intensify sweating.
- Dry sauna: A traditional Finnish sauna with temperatures between 80 – 90 °C and low humidity, ideal for stimulating blood circulation and improving skin appearance.
- Steam bath: With approximately 41°C and high humidity, ligand with herbal fragrances, it promotes muscle relaxation and opens the airways.
- Bio Sauna: A milder version of the Finnish sauna at approximately 60°C, combined with light therapy, especially suitable for who guests wish to avoid extreme heat.
