• 2 or 4 weeks EMS speed training (2 sessions/week)
• Includes 2 x 3D body analysis
• You can bring your own bath towel or rent one for a €1 fee
• Special clothing must be rented on site for an extra charge (€3).
• Club membership card fee: one-time fee of €12 or rental per training session €1 (payment on site)
• A training session lasts 15 minutes, a body analysis also lasts 15 minutes (but the first analysis takes 30 minutes).

Electrical muscle stimulation (EMS training) refers to muscle stimulation induced by electrical impulses. By individually positioning the electrodes, various training goals can be achieved depending on the individual’s needs. This type of training is a short and intensive alternative to conventional weight training.
