Important information

When buying the deal, 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x or 10x individual Groupon cinema vouchers are automatically deposited in your customer account, which can be exchanged for 1 valid cinema ticket.

Validity

• Until 31.07.2026.
• Valid for a 2D presentation according to choice incl. seating and film surcharge for parquet and log.
• The voucher codes are transferable and can be redeemed by several persons.
• Retrieved for 3x, 4x, 6x, 8x or 10x 2D presentations as required from the running film program, incl. seat and film supplement for parquet and log.
• Not redeemable in the film palace at the ZKM in Karlsruhe.

Redemption

• A reservation is not required.
• Each individual voucher must be submitted to the checkout, electronically (smartphone, etc.) or printed in original size (the bar code must be easy to read) and exchanged in a valid cinema ticket.
• For a 3D presentation, a surcharge of € 3 and if necessary € 1 for a 3D glasses is to be paid.
