Shiatsu (meaning “finger pressure” or “thumb pressure”) is a massage technique developed in Japan. It combines the principles of Far Eastern healing with theories and techniques of Western origin, search as physiotherapy and psychology. During the massage, therapist applies pressure with their body weight and attempts to establish an energetic connection with the person being treated.

Classical massage , so known as “Swedish massage” after its Swedish inventor, is probably the best-known form of massage and is practiced worldwide. The technique utilizes five specific application methods: stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping, and vibration. Massage is particularly suitable for relieving musculoskeletal complaints, releasing tension, and muscles.

Cupping casual small glass cups on the area of skin to be treated. A vacuum is created inside the cups, drawing the underlying skin upwards. The treatment is intended to release tension and relief pain.
