In a personal consultation over a cup of herbal tea, we will address your concerns and wishes. We will focus on what your body needs and how you are currently feeling mentally and emotionally.
The fasciae are the mirror of our soul, and access via the body allows us to influence the psyche (and vice versa).
We begin the treatment of the body with hot administration where trigger points are specifically activated, in order to loosen the tissue beforehand and prepare it for the massage.
If you are interested in yourself, during massage therapy we will so look inwards and see what is revealed, what specific blockages might be present, and what your body has to tell you.
The application is accompanied with herbal tinctures, ointments and essential oils, which additionally provide the muscles and tissue with active ingredients. Finally, I will lead you into a deep relaxation so that body and mind will be able to store and embody the experienced and dissolved. This in turn allows you to access the experience in stressful situations. With a little exercise, you will be able to relive stressful situations and react with more possibilities than the blockades or structures prescribe to us.
As a medical practitioner for psychotherapy, it is also possible for me to respond to mental complaints and professionally accompany them. Thus, attention to emotions and experiencing them is desired. But no condition for this treatment.
