Yin Yoga is a calm and meditative practice that can improve both flexibility and relaxation. If desired, the practice can also be combined with singing bowls, allowing you to be carried away by their harmonious sounds.

In Yin Yoga, most exercises are performed while sitting or lying down. They often last for several minutes and aim to deeply relax the body and mind.
