Coupon must be presented on arrival in the app or printed. It doesn’t matter if the voucher has already been specified in the appointment booking.
This voucher does not apply to commercial use/accepts (cf. AGB paragraph 4).
Cancellation:
Terminabsage must be up to minimum. 48 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or failure of the appointment, no replacement date is guaranteed.
