A blockage or stagnation of energy can lead to physical or emotional imbalances, manifesting in symptoms such as back pain, tease and shoulder tension, digestive problems, depression, insomnia, and more. The Shiatsu therapeutic uses gentle touch to identify and these treat energy blockages and stagnation. Compared to other massages, Zen Shiatsu activates the parasympathetic nervous system (the body’s natural healing mode), which is why Zen Shiatsu is so deeply relaxing. You will lie on a futon mattress throughout the entire treatment.

Maxime is a Zen Shiatsu therapist and yoga teacher. His calling is to help people regain their health by pursuing a holistic therapeutic approach that combines Shiatsu, yoga, and nutrition. The goal of his work is to find a customized solution that meets the needs of his patients, thus enabling them to restore balance to their bodies, feel healthy, discover their true nature, and lead a fulfilling life.
