The voucher be presented upon arrival, either in the app or printed out.

One window is defined as 100 x 100 cm. Windows with a larger area will be billed as multiple windows. Additional windows are available upon request and at an extra charge.
The windows must be freely and safely accessible. The window sills must be cleared before the work is carried out.
The work must be able to be carried out on one date.
Any remaining balances are neither creditable nor refundable.
Included in the price are: use of ladders, treads, special equipment (Hebebühne, Steiger, Seiltechnik, etc.), special glazings, winter gardens, cleaning of the window benches outside, *door windows, extreme pollution, removal of paint sprayers, construction and renovation dirt and other fixed dirt.
